"Dorit did an excellent presentation of "How to deal with negative stress".
In several steps she showed us, in a participatory way, how to apply the "here and now" to each situation and without leaving the mind blank, look for tricks in order not to succumb to negative situations. All attendants put into practice the different self-control exercises which were very effective as well as relaxing. Although the stress topic is complex, due to the countless ways in which it shows, Dorit gave us a first foundation to recognise these situations and deal with them.
At the end of the course, the unanimous opinion was that it had been a success."
