General Terms and Conditions
Before contracting any of the services or info products that I put at your disposal at https://www.thecornerofexcellence.com, it is essential that you read these conditions and the terms that apply to the provision of the services offered here.
These conditions may be modified at any time. It is your responsibility to read them periodically, since the conditions in force at the time of conclusion of each Contract (as defined below) or in the absence of this, at the time of use of the website will be those that are applicable.
The services and info products offered are available only to legal entities and people who are at least 18 years old.

In compliance with Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, and Directive 2011/83 / EU of the European Parliament and of the Council, of October 25, 2011, on consumer rights, you are informed that:

Services and products offered on the web and purchase process
The Corner of Excellence provides the following services:
- Coaching, Mentoring and Consulting services whose fees will be indicated under budget.
- Services for the creation of talks, workshops and courses whose fees will be indicated under budget.
- Online Courses and Masterclasses: The VAT tax rate corresponding to the country of destination is included in the prices indicated on the web and is calculated when indicating the country of residence.
- Downloadable info-products and templates: The VAT tax rate corresponding to the country of destination is included in the prices indicated on the web and is calculated when indicating the country of residence.
The electronic contracting process will be divided into 3 phases.
First Phase.- You will be able to access the shopping cart through the link provided in the case of a customised budget, or within the website through the purchase button options for a course.
Second Phase.- Later you will be redirected to the cart page through the payment platform where, after requesting your contact information, you can make the payment through Stripe with your card.
Third Phase.- After making the payment, you will receive a confirmation email. In case of acquiring a digital product, once the order has been processed, you will receive the corresponding access data or download link by e-mail. In case you need an invoice, please contact us at info[at]thecornerofexcellence.com indicating the tax information to which it should be issued: full name of person or company, fiscal ID and address.
If you have a discount coupon, due to any promotional action that I have carried out, you can include the code during the process of contracting the service or product. The discount will be applied in accordance with the provisions of the promotional action.
Said discount coupons will not be cumulative in any case, being able to use one for each new purchase you make, nor can they be applied in conjunction with other promotions.
The procurement process will be carried out only in English, German or Spanish, depending on the language you selected when visiting the website and purchasing the product. This will also be the language in which all the documentation and the product or service will be delivered.
In the case of customised services, we will also sign a contract that stipulates all the agreed conditions.
I will not keep a copy of the present conditions linked to your contract, so I recommend that you keep a copy of them. However, I will send you a copy of the terms and conditions in force at the time of each purchase upon request.
Right of exclusion
The Corner of Excellence reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to the website and the products offered without prior notice, at its own request or by a third party, to those users who fail to comply with these conditions of use.
Prices and payment methods
The prices applicable to each product and / or services are those indicated on the website on the date the order is placed, including VAT for transactions within Spanish territory.
For orders of digital products with destinations to other countries of the European Union, the Spanish VAT will be deducted and the VAT tax rate corresponding to the country of destination will be applied. The final price will arise during the confirmation of your order and will reflect the VAT tax rate corresponding to the country of destination of the products.
The payment is always 100% in advance and the services will be provided when the payment is confirmed.
In case of the services or products in which payment in instalments is allowed, the payment of the first installment will be made at the time of purchase, and then the rest of the instalments will be transferred every month within the periods indicated in the purchase process. The instalment will be paid using the same payment method as the initial payment.
You are obliged to pay the full amount of the price. You cannot cancel your subscription before completing all the stipulated installments, unless otherwise negotiated between the parties.
Non-payment of any of the instalments will lead to the resolution of our contractual relationship, so I will cancel the provision of services, and I reserve the right to judicially request the total amount of the course or service and compensation for damages.
Prices of services and products may change at any time at The Corner of Excellence’s sole and exclusive discretion. The Services do not provide price protection and refunds in the event of price reduction or promotional offers. The price stipulated when making the payment will always govern for the Client.
The means of payment accepted at The Corner of Excellence are:
- Wire transfer
- Debit or credit card, through Stripe. The cards will be subject to checks and authorisations by the issuing entity, but if said entity does not authorise payment, I will not consider the purchase contract formalised.
Intellectual and Industrial Property
Dorit Sauer is the owner of all the intellectual and industrial property rights of the products, services and all their contents, as well as the contents and elements that appear on the website. All rights are reserved.
You may only view the elements of the web without the possibility of printing, copying or storing them on your computer’s hard drive or on any physical device.
The acquisition of a digital service or product by more than one person is not allowed in order to reduce the cost. That means, for example, one single person making the payment for an online course and facilitating access to several people with the same user and password. Each license is personal and non-transferable.
Your login details (access) are personal and non-transferable. The system is capable of detecting when your login has been shared with another person, in which case your login will be blocked indefinitely. Likewise, the resale of the courses is prohibited.
In the event that this clause is breached, access to the course will be cancelled immediately, without reimbursement, and the corresponding legal actions will be taken.
When procuring the products and/or services of The Corner of Excellence, you are given access to the development of the work process, structure and know-how of Dorit Sauer and collaborators of The Corner of Excellence. They are under a confidentiality contract, which means that you are not allowed to develop the same knowledge as Dorit Sauer or the collaborators of The Corner of Excellence, nor to share with anyone else the form and structure to develop your services.
Any use not previously authorised by Dorit Sauer will be considered a serious breach of intellectual and industrial property rights, reserving all civil and criminal actions to assist me to safeguard my rights, under the warning of incurring a crime against the intellectual property of art. 270 and following of the Spanish Penal Code with prison sentences of up to 4 years.

Right of withdrawal
You can withdraw from the purchase of a course if you are not satisfied, being able to request a refund of the amount paid within the maximum period stipulated on the sales page (generally 5 calendar days from the confirmation of purchase).
In case of digital products, according to the Spanish consumer and user protection improvement act, the customer is not granted the right of withdrawal (refund of money) of the purchase made. However, as an extraordinary guarantee you will have the time period indicated on the sales page to try the product, and in case of not being satisfied, I will proceed to refund the amount paid.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to info-products or templates that the customer can download in full at the time of purchase.
Regarding the services, no right of withdrawal will be offered once they have been fully executed.
The right of withdrawal may be exercised by email sent to info[at]thecornerofexcellence.com with the subject REFUND requesting the return of the amount paid, which will be made effective within 28 calendar days following the date on which such communication was made.
The refund will be made by the same means of payment used for the initial transaction.
Exclusion of guarantees and responsibility
I cannot guarantee the technical continuity of the web, the absence of failure or interruptions of the service nor that the web will be available or accessible 100% of the time for reasons beyond the control of The Corner of Excellence or fortuitous causes and/or force majeure, viruses, computer attacks and/or actions of third parties that cause the total or partial impossibility of the provision of services as well as other unforeseeable causes such as the incorrect functioning of the internet.
Although I put all the means so that this does not happen and I undertake, as soon as I have knowledge of such incidents, to carry out the actions aimed at their restoration or repair, except for the concurrence of causes that make it impossible or hinder their execution.
I only guarantee the provision of services consisting of providing content for immediate download or the performance of the contracted service.
Also, I cannot offer a guarantee of the results you will get with the purchased product because it depends exclusively on the work you do. I give you absolutely all the guidelines you need, but it is you who must take action.
Bear in mind that the contents of the materials published in the training programs are advice, recommendations or suggestions from professionals and/or users based on their own experience and that it is not guaranteed that they can be used for all types of business, activity and/or project.
Processing of personal data
In accordance with Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, the data will be treated by Dorit Sauer as “Clients and Suppliers” with the appropriate purposes for the treatment, among which are:
- The management of the legal-economic relations between the owner and its clients.
- Management of the service contract with the client.
To the extent that the interested party has authorised it; being the responsibility of the user the accuracy of the data.
Unless expressly opposed, the Client expressly consents to the processing of their personal data to receive information of interest, news and offers about products and services through any means, including email.
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by email to admin[at]thecornerofexcellence.com along with valid proof in law, such as a photocopy of ID or equivalent, indicating in the subject “Data Protection”.
These terms are subject to the Data Privacy Policy of https://www.thecornerofexcellence.com.
Causes for dissolution of the contract
The dissolution of the service contract can occur at any time by either of the two parties.
You are not bound by conditions of permanence with The Corner of Excellence if you are not satisfied with our service.
Furthermore, I may terminate or suspend any and all contracted Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, in the event that you do not comply with the conditions set forth herein.
The following will be causes of dissolution of the contract:
- The falsity, in whole or in part, of the data provided in the process of contracting any service.
- Altering, circumventing, reverse-engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise altering the security technology provided by The Corner of Excellence.
- Also, cases of abuse of support services due to the requirement of more hours than those established in the contract.
- Any breach established throughout these conditions.
The dissolution implies the loss of your rights over the contracted service and the immediate termination of it.
Claims management
Dorit Sauer, as the person in charge of this online sales platform, will process your complaint as soon as possible and will work to resolve any problems individually.
If she is not able to resolve the problem completely, she will explain her point of view in detail. If she cannot offer you a satisfactory solution, as a customer you have the option of contacting the competent authority to file a complaint.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
Our contractual relationship will be governed by current Spanish regulations, and any dispute will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, Spain, unless the applicable Law provides otherwise.
